Overview
Client Brief: The site featured a cracked asphalt surface that posed a safety risk and had resulted in multiple injuries. The goal was to repair the base and install synthetic turf, transforming the area into a safe, durable, and visually appealing multi-sports space.
Key Challenges: : The existing asphalt surface was severely cracked and uneven, creating significant safety hazards. In addition, the underlying base required remediation to ensure it could properly support a durable, long-lasting synthetic turf system.
Our Solution: Our solution involved installing a crusher dust overlay to create a smooth, even surface, followed by laser grading and rolling to ensure long-term durability. We then installed APT’s Pro 17 synthetic turf, delivering a high-quality, top-tier playing surface. The space was completed with fresh line markings for basketball, netball, a two-lane running track, four square, bat tennis, and mini basketball keys. To further enhance the facility, we installed four brand-new basketball towers, complete with backboards, rings, and nets, transforming the area into a fully equipped multi-sports space.
